By accessing this website or purchasing any product from AM Trading Club / Adeleithor Trading Systems, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase any product.

AM Trading Club / Adeleithor Trading Systems currently offers three access plans:

• Gamma Access — ADGamma / Gammanator indicator for NinjaTrader 8. Duration: 3 months. Price: $110 USD.
• AM Trading Complete — AstroGEX Full — Full ecosystem access including indicators, automated strategies for Nasdaq, educational alerts, live educational sessions Monday through Friday, private Discord, educational videos, installation and support. Duration: 90 days. Price: $239 USD.
• AM Trading Complete Annual — Everything in AM Trading Complete for 12 months. Regular price: $789 USD. Promotional price with code ASTRO: $669 USD (saving $120 USD).

Access begins after manual verification of payment and is limited to the duration of the plan purchased. Access expires at the end of the purchased period and does not renew automatically.

All software, indicators, automated strategies and educational content provided by AM Trading Club / Adeleithor Trading Systems are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. The license is non-transferable and non-exclusive.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy or reverse-engineer any software, indicator, strategy or content provided under any plan.

All indicators and automated strategies are designed exclusively for NinjaTrader 8. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid NinjaTrader 8 license and a compatible market data provider (such as Kinetick or equivalent).

AM Trading Club / Adeleithor Trading Systems is not responsible for compatibility issues arising from NinjaTrader updates, broker configurations or data provider changes.

We strongly recommend testing all automated strategies in NinjaTrader 8 simulation mode before using them with live capital. You are solely responsible for understanding the strategy behavior, configuring risk parameters and managing your trading account.

All tools, indicators, automated strategies, alerts, live sessions, videos and Discord content provided by AM Trading Club / Adeleithor Trading Systems are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided constitutes financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Futures trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. No profits, win rate or trading results are guaranteed.

All products sold by AM Trading Club / Adeleithor Trading Systems are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once access has been granted.

Any refund or cancellation policy, if applicable, will be communicated directly by AM Trading Club at the time of purchase. Contact us at [email protected] with any questions before purchasing.

Payments are processed through PayPal. AM Trading Club / Adeleithor Trading Systems does not store payment card information. All transactions are subject to PayPal's terms of service.

Access is activated manually after payment verification. Typical activation time is within 24 business hours.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, indicators, strategies, methodology names and brand names, is the intellectual property of AM Trading Club / Adeleithor Trading Systems and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

AM Trading Club / Adeleithor Trading Systems shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages or indirect losses arising from the use of any product, tool, alert, session or content provided. You use all products at your own risk.

AM Trading Club / Adeleithor Trading Systems reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
